Comisa S.p.A., founded in 1969 by Federico De Lisi, deals with products in the plumbing and heating sector: fittings and valves, plumbing and heating products, solutions for heating and cooling and technological systems for energy saving.
Passion, experience, competence and quality. These are the authentic values that Comisa pursues as a company and that places in its products and in its work.
It represents internationally the excellence of Made in Italy that exports to more than 50 countries, but at the same time finds its real strength in the territory and in people, today more than 140, that make it grow.
The construction of the new production facility of 5.300 m2 is the result of the company’s institutional and technological renewal.
The new headquarters will in fact contain most of the investments made to the 4.0 industry.
In fact, since January 2018, a new management system has been implemented that can interface with the 4.0 technologies. This key step allowed to simplify and combine the work flow between the premises of Costa Volpino and Pisogne.
The ground floor of the building will be used as a new semi-automatic warehousewith a dynamic location and a synchronized withdrawal.
The new management software will decide how to organize the entire pick & placeprocess.
The first floor of the structure will house the robotic assembly islands, reorganized all in the new wing, also interfaced with the management system and dedicated to the focus products of the company: press fittings and ball valves.
Comisa S.p.A. was one of the first companies in Valle Camonica to support the green economy and the use of clean energy.
In 1997 the first photovoltaic system with an energy output of 88 kW was installed.
Today, thanks to the construction of the new shed and the expansion of the Costa Volpino plant, the power has reached 650 KW.
A big step for Comisa towards self-sufficiency energy.
The new shed has allowed the construction of two charging stations for electric vehicles.
This service will be dedicated to employees for whom the top-up will be completely free. This initiative is aimed at the disclosure of ecological culture and to create services aimed at the diffusion and simplest use of non-polluting electric vehicles.
A less polluted world, able to balance its resources, is necessary to safeguard our future.
The willing to create a pleasant and stimulating work environment has pushed Comisa to create an internal murals of more than 170 m2: a true artwork created by the artists “writers” of the Art of Sool that will be introduced during the ceremony.
